Position 1: Team Leader – Digital Marketing
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Master’s Degree or professional certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record managing media budgets and cross‑channel campaigns.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries with measurable ROI portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels.
- Manage paid media campaigns and optimize performance.
- Drive customer acquisition and engagement through innovative digital initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor the digital marketing team.
