About CCC‑E

The Consortium of Christian Relief and Development Association – Environment Program (CCC‑E) is dedicated to advancing sustainable development, environmental protection, and climate change adaptation in Ethiopia. The organization works closely with stakeholders to implement impactful projects that strengthen communities and promote ecological resilience.

Position: Project Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure alignment with goals.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
  • Assist in evaluating project outcomes and lessons learned.
  • Conduct training sessions related to project processes or tools.

Qualification & Experience

  • MSc/MA in Project Management, Natural Resource Management, Ecology, Forestry, Environmental Science, Development Studies, or related fields with at least 3 years of experience.
  • OR BSc/BA in the same fields with 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in environmental and climate change projects preferred.
  • Computer literacy and strong report writing skills.

Duty Station

  • Addis Ababa, with frequent travel to different regions of Ethiopia.

Salary & Benefits

  • Negotiable, based on organizational scale.
