Open Positions
1. Senior Electrical Design Engineer (2 Positions)
- Focus areas: Power System Design & IT Network/Weak Current System Design.
- Responsibilities: Design power supply/distribution systems, IT networks, Data Centers, BMS; prepare CAD drawings; ensure compliance with Ethiopian standards.
- Qualifications: BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering, PPEE certificate, 5+ years’ experience, proficiency in AutoCAD/design software.
2. Mechanical Engineer (1 Position)
- Responsibilities: Design HVAC, ventilation, gas fire extinguisher, and firefighting systems; ensure compliance with Ethiopian standards.
- Qualifications: BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years’ experience, professional registration, proficiency in design software.
3. Plumbing / Sanitary Engineer (1 Position)
- Responsibilities: Design sprinkling, sewerage, and domestic water pipe systems; prepare technical documentation.
- Qualifications: BSc/MSc in Plumbing or Sanitary Engineering, 5+ years’ experience, professional registration, proficiency in design software.
4. Human Resource Officer (1 Position)
- Responsibilities: Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance evaluations, bonus/salary policies, HR systems.
- Qualifications: BA in HR Management, 5+ years’ HR experience (preferably in design/engineering), knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws, strong communication skills.
5. Senior Architect (2 Positions)
- Responsibilities: Prepare architectural drawings, BOQs, construction documentation; design offices, hospitals, banks; produce 2D/3D visualizations.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Architectural Engineering, 5+ years’ experience, proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp/Adobe Suite, portfolio required.
6. Junior Architect (2 Positions)
- Responsibilities: Assist in preparing architectural drawings, BOQs, construction documentation; collaborate with engineers and project managers.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Architectural Engineering, 0–3 years’ experience, proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp/Adobe Suite, portfolio required.
