Reports to: CCRDA/CGPP Secretariat Director

Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating financial functions of the GAVI CSO Funds. Ensures compliance with CCRDA’s financial policies and donor regulations, supports member organizations in fund management, and prepares financial reports.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure payments comply with CCRDA financial guidelines
- Verify disbursement documents before payment
- Assign correct account codes to transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records in line with CCRDA and GAVI regulations
- Monitor settlement of advances and receivables
- Prepare budgets, reconcile accounts, and generate reports
- Support external audits and donor reporting
- Safeguard financial manuals and organizational compliance
- Represent Senior Finance Officer when required
Qualifications & Experience
- First degree in Finance or Accounting from a recognized university
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in donor-funded projects (GAVI, USAID, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Integrity, accountability, and ability to manage demanding workloads
- Knowledge of project financial management
- Training in Peachtree, QuickBooks, or similar systems
