🌐 CCRDA Job Vacancies – Addis Ababa (Deadline: March 19, 2026)

📌 Available Positions

1. Ethiopia Sensitive Feedback Lead

  • Career Level: Senior (5–8 years)
  • Number of Positions: 1
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and supervise the Ethiopia Loop sensitive feedback team.
    • Review, triage, and manage sensitive feedback daily.
    • Coordinate safe referrals with GBV, child protection, safeguarding, and fraud focal points.
    • Provide training and capacity building for moderators.
    • Represent Loop in national protection coordination forums.
    • Analyse feedback trends and contribute to reporting and system improvements.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Gender Studies, Human Rights, International Development, or related fields.
    • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in protection work, including GBV and child protection.
    • Experience in case management, referrals, and coordination with protection actors.
    • Native Somali speaker; fluent in Amharic and English (spoken and written). Spoken Oromo is an advantage.

2. Ethiopia Moderator

  • Career Level: Mid‑Level (3–5 years)
  • Number of Positions: 1
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Review and tag feedback according to community guidelines.
    • Translate feedback between Amharic, Somali, and English.
    • Escalate sensitive cases to the Sensitive Feedback Lead.
    • Support in‑country communications and social media promotion.
    • Represent CCRDA–Talk to Loop in stakeholder meetings.
    • Contribute to protocol improvements and inclusive engagement strategies.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Communications, International Relations, Journalism, or related fields.
    • 2–3 years of professional experience in community engagement, moderation, monitoring & evaluation, or protection.
    • Excellent written and spoken Amharic and Somali; proficient in English. Spoken Oromo is an advantage.
    • Familiarity with Ethiopia’s NGO and humanitarian context.
    • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and digital literacy skills.
