About the Role
The Consortium of Christian Relief and Development Association (CCRDA), in partnership with Talk to Loop, is seeking a Sensitive Feedback Lead to manage and oversee feedback submitted to the Loop platform in Ethiopia. This role ensures that sensitive cases—including gender-based violence (GBV), child protection, safeguarding, aid diversion, fraud, corruption, and sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA)—are handled confidentially, safely, and in line with global protocols.
This is a unique opportunity to strengthen community accountability, promote transparency, and contribute to more responsive humanitarian and development programming in Ethiopia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Ethiopia Loop sensitive feedback team.
- Review, categorize, and manage sensitive feedback daily.
- Safely coordinate referrals with GBV, child protection, safeguarding, and fraud focal points.
- Provide coaching and training to moderators on safeguarding and feedback protocols.
- Ensure survivor-centered and do-no-harm approaches in all processes.
- Represent Loop in national protection coordination forums.
- Analyse feedback trends and contribute to system improvements through reporting.
- Collaborate with CCRDA, global Loop colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Gender Studies, Human Rights, International Development, or related field.
- Languages: Native Somali speaker; fluent in Amharic and English (written & spoken). Spoken Oromo is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in protection work (GBV, child protection, safeguarding, SEA), including supervisory roles in case management and referrals.
- Strong contextual knowledge of Ethiopia’s humanitarian and development landscape.
- Proven leadership, HR oversight, and capacity-building experience.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, case management platforms).
