About Cheshire Ethiopia

Cheshire Ethiopia is an independent non‑profit Ethiopian Resident Charity established in 1962 by the grandchildren of Emperor Haile Selassie with technical support from Captain Leonard Cheshire. The organization provides orthopedic and social rehabilitation services for children and young people with disabilities. Cheshire Ethiopia plays a leading role in physical rehabilitation and disability support across Ethiopia, with a strong commitment to empowering persons with disabilities and promoting inclusive development.

Available Positions

1. Junior Druggist
   • Education: Diploma or BSc in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
   • Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates encouraged)
   • License: Renewed professional license required
   • Location: Hawassa Rehabilitation Center
2. Optometrist
   • Experience: 0–2 years
   • License: Renewed professional license required
   • Location: Hawassa Rehabilitation Center
3. Ophthalmic Nurse
   • Education: BSc in Nursing or Diploma in Ophthalmic Nursing
   • Experience: Minimum 2 years with practical skills in eye care services
   • Location: Hawassa Rehabilitation Center
4. Assistant Optical Technician
   • Education: High school complete + one‑year training in optical technician
   • Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates encouraged)

5. Clinical Nurse
