Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Completed Grade 12, or hold a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or any other field of study.
- Previous experience in retail or direct sales is advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, honest, and target-driven.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide assistance as they enter the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture styles and designs.
- Explain product materials, prices, and warranty information clearly.
- Complete sales and accurately process invoices or payment-register transactions.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentable.
- Follow up on customer orders and delivery status.
- Work toward meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
