Available Positions
1. IT Officer
Location: Adama, Oromia
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university.
- 2–6 years of relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve problems involving computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
- Create, configure, and manage user accounts and access rights as authorized.
- Respond to IT support requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide users with technical assistance and guidance on IT systems and applications.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and other network services.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance problems.
- Follow company IT security policies and procedures.
- Support data backup and recovery activities.
- Ensure user accounts and access permissions are properly controlled.

2. CKD Dispatch Officer
Location: Adama, Oromia
Qualifications and Experience
- BA Degree in Accounting, Automotive Technology, or Supplies Management.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in an automotive, manufacturing, CKD, or spare-parts environment is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily dispatch of CKD parts and materials according to approved requirements.
- Review authorized material requests and dispatch instructions.
- Ensure the correct parts, quantities, and specifications are selected for dispatch.
- Verify CKD materials before dispatch to prevent shortages, excess quantities, or incorrect items.
- Coordinate timely delivery of materials to production and other authorized destinations.
- Monitor dispatched materials and follow up on pending or incomplete deliveries.
- Ensure dispatch transactions are properly authorized and documented.
- Check CKD material availability before dispatch.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Assist with periodic physical inventory counts and stock reconciliation.

3. CKD Inventory Clerk
Location: Adama, Oromia
Qualifications and Experience
- BA in Accounting, Automotive Technology, or Supply Management, or a Diploma in a related field from a recognized institution.
- Diploma in a related field from a recognized college or institution.
- 1–2 years of work experience in store management.
- Computer knowledge is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive CKD parts and materials and verify quantities against relevant documents.
- Record incoming and outgoing inventory transactions accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date stock records.
- Monitor stock balances and report shortages, excess stock, damaged items, or missing materials.
- Assist with regular physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Investigate differences between physical stock and system records.
- Arrange and store CKD parts and materials in designated locations.
- Protect materials against damage, loss, and deterioration.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the store or warehouse.

4. General Service & Maintenance Officer

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have a qualification in Management, Business Administration, General Service, or a related field.
- BA Degree: 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Diploma: 6 years of relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily general service and facility management activities.
- Ensure offices, common areas, and company facilities are clean, safe, organized, and properly maintained.
- Inspect company facilities and identify maintenance requirements.
- Follow up on office furniture, fixtures, equipment, and facility-related issues.
- Coordinate office relocation, workspace arrangements, and other facility requirements.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, offices, furniture, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems.
- Receive and follow up on maintenance requests from employees and departments.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and repair work.
- Monitor maintenance activities to ensure timely and proper completion.
- Coordinate external service providers and contractors.
- Obtain quotations and support procurement for maintenance and service requirements.
- Monitor the performance and quality of outsourced service providers.
- Follow up on contracts, service schedules, and maintenance agreements.

5. CKD Inventory Control & Dispatch Officer
Location: Adama, Oromia
Qualifications and Experience
- BA in Accounting, Automotive Technology, or Supply Management.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Store Management, Inventory Control, Warehouse Management, CKD Parts Management, or Dispatch Operations.
- Experience in an automotive manufacturing, vehicle assembly, or spare-parts environment is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control CKD parts and materials inventory.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the system.
- Receive CKD shipments and verify quantities, specifications, and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, coding, and storage of CKD parts.
- Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess stock, slow-moving items, and damaged materials.
- Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Ensure CKD materials are properly arranged and stored to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
- Maintain an organized and safe warehouse or store environment.
- Coordinate the movement of CKD parts within warehouse and production areas.
- Ensure proper handling of sensitive automotive parts and materials.
- Monitor storage capacity and recommend improvements where necessary.
