1. Technical Engineer

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should have one of the following qualifications from a recognized institution:

  • BSc Degree or Level IV in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a closely related field.

Work Experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in industrial machinery maintenance.
  • Previous experience working with card production machines is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery.
  • Identify and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical-control, and machine-related faults.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, servo motors, servo drives, and control systems.
  • Assist with machine diagnostics and root-cause analysis to minimize machine downtime.
  • Maintain technical documentation and maintenance records.
  • Provide technical support for reliable and continuous machine operation.
  • Assist with equipment installation, testing, and commissioning when required.
  • Train and provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
  • Build technical knowledge of machine equipment.
  • Follow company safety, quality, and security procedures.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of PLCs and control systems.
  • Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of sensors, servo motors, and servo drives.
  • Knowledge of industrial communication networks.
  • Experience in preventive maintenance and machine diagnostics.
  • Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation.
  • Strong learning ability and willingness to develop expertise in card production machine equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should have one of the following qualifications from a recognized institution:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a closely related field.
  • BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a closely related field.
  • Level IV qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a closely related field.

Work Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
  • Previous experience with card production machines is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and machine-related faults.
  • Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, servo drives, control systems, and electronic components.
  • Carry out PCB repair, soldering, and electronic component testing.
  • Diagnose and repair power-supply-related faults.
  • Conduct machine inspections, testing, and diagnostics.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation.
  • Support the continuous and reliable operation of machinery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians.
  • Follow company safety, quality, and security procedures.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong PLC troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills.
  • PCB repair and soldering skills.
  • Electronic component testing.
  • Power-supply troubleshooting and repair.
  • Knowledge of sensors and servo drives.
