About the Role:
Synapse Solution is looking for a confident, articulate, and professional Amharic -speaking Client Engagement Representative based in Ethiopia to join our growing international team.
This is a remote, part-time role where you will engage with business clients, deliver live virtual product demonstrations, and communicate the value of our software solutions in a clear and engaging way.
This opportunity is ideal for students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Sales, or IT for Business, who are eager to gain international work experience and build a global career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest in our products
- Deliver remote product demonstrations that align with client needs
- Explain software features and benefits in a clear and relatable way
- Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm during virtual meetings
- Collaborate effectively with global teams in a remote work environment
Qualifications:
- Native or fluent in Swahili and English
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable presenting to business clients online
- Proficient in Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
- Business Administration
- Sales or Marketing
- IT for Business or related fields
Position Details:
Job Type: Part-Time | Remote
Workload: Approx. 32 hours per month (~2 hours/day, flexible schedule)
Location: Open to candidates residing in Ethiopia
