Open Positions

1. Compliance Officer

📍 Location: Addis Ababa
Education & Experience:

• BA Degree in Accounting/Accounting & Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ auditing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• ACCA/CIA certification highly advantageous.
• Strong background in compliance, internal control, and internal audit.

Role Summary: Safeguards company reputation by ensuring sustainable and compliant business operations.

2. Regional Sales Manager

📍 Location: Countrywide
Education & Experience:

• BA Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years’ sales & marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Valid Auto/Dry 1 driving license required.
• FMCG experience is an advantage.
• Proven team leadership and sales execution skills.

3. Customer Support Specialist

📍 Location: Addis Ababa
Education & Experience:

• BA Degree in business-related fields.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer support, distributor management, or sales coordination (FMCG preferred).
• Strong communication, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of order-to-cash processes, distributor performance, and sales operations.

4. Route to Market (RTM) Specialist

📍 Location: Addis Ababa
Education & Experience:

• BA Degree in business-related fields.
• Minimum 3 years’ FMCG sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and routing/logistics software.
• Strong knowledge of RTM models, data accuracy, and process optimization.
