Available Positions

1. Junior HR & General Service Officer

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
    • Human Resource Management
    • Business Administration
    • Law
    • Any related field

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in HR and General Services, preferably within the manufacturing or export sector in Ethiopia

Required Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of the Ethiopian Labor Proclamation
  • Knowledge of current trends in administrative management

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with fleet management tracking tools

Location: Addis Ababa

2. IT Officer

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
    • Information Technology
    • Computer Science
    • Any related field

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, preferably in a corporate environment

Technical Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Networking basics (TCP/IP)
  • Microsoft Office 365 administration

Location: Addis Ababa

3. Senior Import Officer

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
    • Logistics & Supply Chain Management
    • International Trade
    • Business Administration
    • Any related field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in import operations, preferably within the manufacturing or export sector

Location: Addis Ababa

4. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Education:

  • Master's Degree in one of the following fields:
    • Business Administration (MBA)
    • Economics
    • International Trade
    • Agriculture
    • Any related area

Experience:

  • 12+ years of senior management experience
  • At least 5 years in the Commodity Export sector (Coffee preferred)

Industry Knowledge:

  • Proven track record or exposure in international trade (preferred)
  • Understanding of the Green Coffee value chain
  • Knowledge of global market pricing (NYSE)

Regulatory Knowledge:

  • Understanding of Ethiopian export laws
  • Knowledge of NBE directives
  • Familiarity with international food safety standards (HACCP, ISO)

Leadership:

  • Proven track record of managing C-suite executives (COO, CAFO, etc.)
  • Ability to foster a culture of transparency and meritocracy
