Commercial NomineesCommercial Nominees has announced job vacancies for qualified professionals in communication, branch coordination, sales, budget control, and fund management. The available positions are based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Commercial Nominees was established in 1965 by the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia and Construction & Business Bank. Its services included stock marketing, stock registration and organization, pension account management of Commercial Bank, and insurance commission services.
Available Positions
1. Communication Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Film Production, Multimedia Communication, Digital Media, Videography, Photography, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Formal training or certification in videography, photography, graphic design, and video editing is an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in multimedia production.
- Proven experience in camera operation and video editing.
- Experience in a newsroom, corporate communication unit, media organization, or public institution is preferable.
2. Senior Branch Coordination Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Minimum Requirements:
- B.A. degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Marketing, or another business-related field.
- 4 years of related work experience.
Competencies:
- Knowledge of company operations.
- Thorough knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methods and practices.
- Good knowledge of business management principles and practices.
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use basic computer software applications.
3. Senior Sales Officer
Location: Addis Ababa
Minimum Requirements:
- B.A. degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Marketing, or another business-related field.
- 4 years of related work experience.
Competencies:
- Good knowledge of the overall business, economic, and government policy environment.
- Good knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of relevant software applications.
4. Manager – Budget Control and Fund Management
Location: Addis Ababa
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or another business-related field with 8 years of relevant experience; or
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or another business-related field with 10 years of relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a manager.
Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of budget preparation, cost control, and fund management.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates effectively.
- Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools.
