The organization initially provided services including stock marketing, stock registration and organization, pension account management for Commercial Bank, and insurance commission services.

1. Administration & Finance Officer

Location: Addis Ababa Branches

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, or another business-related field.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Of the required experience, 1 year should be at Job Grade 6.

Required Competencies

• Knowledge of human resource management principles and practices.
• Basic understanding of financial management principles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer application skills.

2. Human Resource Officer

Location: Debre Birhan

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Accounting, or another business-related field.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.

Required Competencies

• Basic knowledge of human resource management principles and practices.
• Basic knowledge of labor law.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer application skills.
