1. Call Center Operator

Location: Addis Ababa, Meskel Flower

Qualifications and Experience

• BA degree or Diploma in Customer Service, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in call center operations, customer support, or frontline service.
• Previous experience in FinTech, banking, telecommunications, mobile money, or e-commerce call centers is a strong advantage.

Language Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken Amharic and English.
• Proficiency in additional Ethiopian local languages, such as Afaan Oromo or Tigrinya, is an advantage.

2. Legal Advisor

Location: Addis Ababa, Meskel Flower

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized university.
• Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Commercial Law is highly advantageous.
• Valid advocacy/legal practice license in Ethiopia.
• 4–7 years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Experience in a corporate environment, law firm, financial institution, or technology enterprise.
• Direct experience in FinTech, banking, telecommunications, or digital payments is strongly preferred.

Language Requirements

• Native or full professional fluency in Amharic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong legal drafting capabilities.

3. Marketing Coordinator / Officer

Location: Addis Ababa, Meskel Flower

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of active experience in digital marketing, brand coordination, content creation, or advertising.
• Experience in FinTech, banking, mobile money, telecommunications, technology startups, or advertising agencies is a strong advantage.

Language Requirements

• Full professional fluency in Amharic and English, both written and spoken.

4. Marketing Manager

Location: Addis Ababa, Meskel Flower

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, International Business, Strategic Communications, or a related discipline.
• MBA, Master’s degree, or professional accreditation such as CIM or digital marketing certifications is highly advantageous.

Experience

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in corporate marketing, growth hacking, or brand management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or lead role overseeing cross-functional marketing initiatives.

5. Operations Manager

Location: Addis Ababa, Meskel Flower

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Law, Information Technology, or a related field.
• MBA, Master’s degree, or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a management or senior supervisory role.
• Proven experience leading multiple departments or cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following areas:

  • Finance
  • Marketing
  • Human Resources
  • Project Management
  • Legal/Compliance
  • FinTech
• Experience in FinTech, banking, mobile money, digital payments, financial services, technology companies, or digital platforms is highly preferred.
