Business Development & Marketing Associate Job Vacancy

Position: Business Development & Marketing Associate
Location: Addis Ababa

The Business Development & Marketing Associate will contribute to Noren’s expansion in the Ethiopian real estate market. The role combines business development, partner acquisition, marketing, field outreach, and customer engagement activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in business development, marketing, sales, real estate, digital marketing, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in approaching and communicating with new individuals and businesses.
• Good knowledge of Addis Ababa and its major neighborhoods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Amharic and English.
• Comfortable using social media, smartphones, mobile applications, web platforms, and digital communication tools.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Ability to develop ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working with limited supervision.
• Organized, dependable, and results-oriented.
• Willingness and ability to travel within Addis Ababa for partner meetings, outreach, and marketing activities.
• Strong interest in technology, real estate, startups, and digital businesses is highly desirable.
