1. Sales Supervisor

Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage teams effectively and meet deadlines.

2. Videographer and Video Editor

Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Film Production, Broadcasting, Television Production, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
• Demonstrated experience in both filming and post-production.
• Strong portfolio showing commercial and branded content projects.

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of lighting and composition.
• Good camera-operation skills.
• Creative vision combined with strong technical execution.
• Ability to manage deadlines effectively.

3. Marketing Execution Manager

Location: Addis Ababa

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, marketing communications, advertising, campaign management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
• Experience in real estate, construction, FMCG, or other customer-focused industries is an advantage.
