Commercial Nominees PLC was established in 1965 by the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia and the Construction & Business Bank. Since its inception, the company has provided services such as stock marketing, stock registration and organization, pension account management for the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, and insurance commission work.

Today, Commercial Nominees continues to deliver professional financial and administrative services across Ethiopia, supporting both institutional and individual clients.

Open Positions

1. Senior Branch Coordination Officer

• Education: BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, Marketing, or other business‑related fields
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of related work experience
• Competencies:
  • Knowledge of company operations
  • Strong monitoring and evaluation skills
  • Business management principles and practices
  • Analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy
• Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

2. Workshop Manager

• Education:
  • B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, OR
  • Master’s in MIS or Engineering Management
• Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years in ATM/electronic equipment repair and maintenance, OR
  • Minimum 8 years in ATM/electronic equipment repair and maintenance with 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
• Preferred Certifications: Quality Management or Lean Maintenance training
• Location: Addis Ababa

3. Branch Manager I

• Education: BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, Marketing, or other business‑related fields
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of related work experience, including 2 years at Job Grade 7
• Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of business and financial management practices
  • Familiarity with company financial policies and regulations
  • Leadership and motivational skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy
• Location: Dire Dawa

4. Senior Spare Parts & Inventory Officer

• Education: B.Sc./BA in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
• Preferred: Postgraduate studies or certifications in Inventory/Asset Management
• Experience:
  • Minimum 4 years (B.Sc./BA) in inventory/asset management, preferably in technical/engineering environments
  • Minimum 2 years (M.Sc./B.Sc.) in inventory/asset management in technical/engineering environments
  • Experience handling high‑value technical components (ATM, IT, industrial equipment)
• Location: Addis Ababa

5. Senior Technical Trainer

• Education: B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields; Master’s in MIS or Engineering preferred
• Experience:
  • Minimum 4 years (B.Sc.) or 2 years (M.Sc.) in ATM maintenance or related technical service
  • At least 2 years in technical training
  • Experience with multiple ATM models and diagnostic software
• Preferred Certifications: IT or Network‑related certifications
• Location: Addis Ababa
