Education

Applicants must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with hardware and software installation and configuration.
• Provide first-level IT support to users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Support network cabling and basic connectivity tasks.
• Assist in hardware and software inventory management.
• Perform routine maintenance of IT equipment.
• Support users with day-to-day IT-related issues.
• Assist in preparing reports and documenting user requirements.

Required Competencies

• Good communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
