Position: Human Resources (HR) Intern – Addis Ababa
Responsibilities
- Assist HR team in maintaining complete and accurate personnel files with confidentiality.
- Support HR in arranging written exams and interviews.
- Handle insurance‑related staff issues in an organized manner.
- Organize staff orientations and ensure pension scheme registration.
- Issue staff IDs and maintain HR records.
- Participate in HR activities as part of the learning process.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Diploma or BA in Management, HR Management, or related business fields.
- 0–1 year of experience (entry‑level).
- High integrity, proactive, and strong team player.
- Excellent communication skills and accountability practices.
- Computer literacy (Word processing, database management).
- Language: Fluency in Amharic required; basic English communication skills.
