Open Positions
1️⃣ Junior Customer Service Officer – Shewa Robit
Responsibilities:
- Handle cash transactions and validate payment instruments.
- Process DRS incoming/outgoing transfers.
- Exchange cash denominations and post transactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates (2024 & 2025 G.C.) with BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
- Age ≤ 30.
- No prior experience required.
- Exit Exam required.
2️⃣ Branch Manager Grade C – Mettu Branch
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall branch performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Prepare annual action plans and manage resources.
- Implement policies and procedures across the branch.
- Submit periodic performance reports.
Qualifications:
- MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields with 6.5 years’ experience (male) / 5.5 years (female).
- OR BA in same fields with 8.5 years’ experience (male) / 7.5 years (female).
- Minimum 2 years as Customer Services Manager Grade B or 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A.
3️⃣ Administrative Assistant – Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:
- Transcribe letters, memos, and minutes.
- Maintain systematic filing and records.
- Handle telephone calls and messages.
- Assemble and prepare necessary documents.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/10+3/Level 3 and above in Secretarial Science & Office Management or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in banking.
- COC certificate mandatory.
4️⃣ SME Credit Analyst – Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:
- Review SME loan applications and verify documents.
- Collect and analyze financial information.
- Conduct preliminary financial assessments and prepare reports.
- Participate in site visits with senior analysts.
- Collaborate with branches to facilitate credit applications.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
Qualifications:
- BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, MIS, or related fields.
- Minimum 3.5 years’ banking experience, including 1 year as relevant officer.
