Open Positions
1️⃣ Chief Risk Officer (CRO) – Head Office
Qualifications:
- MA/BA in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, including 1 year at CRO level in financing.
2️⃣ Retail & MSME Officer III – Head Office
Qualifications:
- BA in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience, including 2 years at Officer level.
3️⃣ Camera Operator – Head Office
Qualifications:
- BSc in Computer Science or Diploma in Electronics, Photography & Video, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience, including 1 year in officer/assistant role.
- Ability to use video editing and graphic design software.
4️⃣ Senior Internal Auditor – Head Office
Qualifications:
- BA in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience, including 2 years at Officer level.
5️⃣ Senior Digital Channel Business Sales Officer – Head Office
Qualifications:
- BSc/BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience, including 2 years at Officer level.
6️⃣ Manager – Diaspora & Institutional CRM – Head Office
Qualifications:
- MA/BA in Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years’ banking experience in financing & investment, including 2 years as Manager/Senior Officer/Team Leader.
7️⃣ Business Manager – South District (Shashemene)
Qualifications:
- MA/BA in Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years’ banking experience, including 2 years as Branch Manager or 1 year as District Operations Manager/Team Leader.
