1️⃣ Regional Advisor – Solar Water Pump (Horti‑LIFE Green Growth) – Hawassa / Arba Minch
Responsibilities:
- Promote adoption of solar irrigation technologies among smallholder farmers.
- Strengthen market systems, private sector engagement, and financing models.
- Establish demonstration sites and train A‑TVET institutions.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Agricultural Extension, Agribusiness, Rural Development, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in promoting solar water pumps in rural Ethiopia.
- Experience in market systems development, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building.
- Fluency in English; female candidates encouraged.
2️⃣ Project Manager – FRESHWAY Project – Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:
- Lead Ethiopia’s fruit & vegetable agrologistics project.
- Oversee project implementation, donor relations, and food safety regulatory frameworks.
- Manage budget, procurement, and reporting.
- Support Ethio GAP implementation and pesticide residue monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Master’s in Agribusiness, Supply Chain, Agricultural Economics, or related fields.
- 8+ years’ project management experience, including donor‑funded projects.
- Strong expertise in food safety systems and certification processes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
3️⃣ Regional Producer Group Advisor – FRESHWAY Project – Arba Minch
Responsibilities:
- Strengthen farmer groups, cooperatives, and unions.
- Support Ethio GAP/Global GAP certification and market linkages.
- Facilitate farmer field schools and training on post‑harvest handling.
- Qualifications:
- MSc/BSc in Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in value chain development and cooperative strengthening.
- Knowledge of post‑harvest handling and quality standards.
- Fluency in English; female candidates encouraged.
4️⃣ Regional Aggregation Hub Advisor – FRESHWAY Project – Arba Minch
Responsibilities:
- Support development and commercial viability of aggregation hubs.
- Conduct feasibility studies and link producers to markets.
- Train hub operators, SMEs, and cooperatives on quality standards.
- Qualifications:
- MSc/BSc in Agribusiness or Agricultural Economics.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in market systems development.
- Experience in aggregation, supply chain, and post‑harvest handling.
- Knowledge of cold chain logistics and digital traceability systems.
5️⃣ Fund Management & Private Sector Investment Advisor – FRESHWAY Project – Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate private sector investment in cold chain and logistics.
- Manage fund allocation and strengthen SME participation.
- Support blended finance and investment models.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in investment/fund management.
- Strong private sector engagement and financial modelling skills.
6️⃣ Project Assistant – LIWAY Program – Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:
- Provide communication, documentation, and administrative support.
- Draft case stories, prepare learning materials, and manage events.
- Facilitate payments and procurement processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
- 1–2 years’ experience in programme support and coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
7️⃣ Project Assistant – FRESHWAY Project – Addis Ababa
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational, procurement, and logistics support.
- Facilitate travel, events, and SAP system processes.
- Maintain documentation and filing systems.
- Qualifications:
- BA in Business Administration or related fields.
- 2–3 years’ INGO experience in administration and logistics.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
8️⃣ Regional Advisor – Solar Water Pump (Arba Minch) – Arba Minch
Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption of solar irrigation technologies in Southern Ethiopia.
- Strengthen market systems and financing models.
- Train rural communities and development agents.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Agricultural Extension or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in promoting solar water pumps.
- Experience in training rural communities and development agents.
