Job Summary

The Branch Business Relationship Officer is responsible for driving business growth in Retail, MSME, and Interest-Free Banking (IFB) services by managing relationships with new and existing customers. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining long-term client relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and supporting branch business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  2. Promote Retail, MSME, and Interest-Free Banking products and services.
  3. Identify cross-selling opportunities to support business growth.
  4. Deliver high-quality customer service to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Support branch business development initiatives.
  6. Utilize banking systems and digital platforms to enhance service delivery.
  7. Ensure compliance with bank policies and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
  • Banking operations training in areas such as Interest-Free Banking (IFB), domestic banking, credit, or international banking is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of successful experience in banking or a customer-facing role.

Required Competencies

  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Marketing and sales skills.
  • Understanding of core banking systems and digital banking platforms.
  • Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) and Sharia banking principles.
