Job Summary

The Customer Service Officer (Maker) provides front office customer service support at the branch. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling account maintenance, payments, and collections.
  • Processing cash and non‑cash transactions.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Delivering efficient and professional banking services.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Experience: Zero (0) years – Fresh Graduate only.
  • Age Requirement: Not more than 25 years (external applicants).
  • Graduation Year: 2024, 2025, or 2026.
  • CGPA: Minimum of 2.5.
  • Mandatory Documents: Degree Certificate, Grade 8–12 transcripts, updated CV, and application letter.
  • Note: Photo documents are not acceptable.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of financial products and services.
  • Knowledge of banking procedures and accounting.
  • Ability to respond to client inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and core banking systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Training & Assignment
