1️⃣ Customer Service Advisor – Fixed Term
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Manage order booking systems and resolve customer issues.
- Apply conflict resolution and negotiation skills to maintain satisfaction.
- Support sales through effective communication and relationship management.
Qualifications
- University Degree / Higher National Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience (preferably in call centers).
- Excellent telephone, selling, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong geographical knowledge and customer service background.

2️⃣ Customer Service Tracing Advisor
Responsibilities
- Provide professional track & trace services for shipments (delayed, misrouted, damaged).
- Investigate and resolve service problems to exceed performance standards.
- Liaise with DHL network and operations teams to ensure service recovery.
- Respond to customer queries on shipment status, customs, and pricing.
- Handle overflow calls and customer complaints with professionalism.
Qualifications
- University Degree.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer contact centers or telesales (service industry preferred).
- Strong communication, technical, and problem‑solving skills.
📍 Location: Addis Ababa
3️⃣ Ocean Freight (OFR) Team Leader
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement ocean freight operations and customer service strategies.
- Manage daily team operations, assign tasks, and ensure service delivery targets.
- Develop productivity targets and expand business with new clients.
- Prepare shipping documents, optimize bookings, and manage import/export documentation.
- Liaise with customs, suppliers, and external service providers to resolve issues.
- Prepare monthly management reports and respond to pricing enquiries.
Qualifications
- Degree in Logistics or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience in freight forwarding.
- In‑depth knowledge of ocean freight operations and customs procedures.
- Strong project management, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Cargowise.
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
