Role Summary

The Customer Service Officer – Maker provides front office customer service support at branch level. Responsibilities include handling account maintenance, payments, collections, cash and non‑cash transactions, and responding to customer inquiries. After six months of intensive training, successful candidates will be permanently assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience: No prior work experience required (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Age: Not more than 25 years (external applicants).
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Understanding of financial products and services.
  • Knowledge of banking procedures and accounting.
  • Ability to respond to client inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with core banking systems.
