Position: Branch Business Manager I (Saylem Branch – Vacancy No. DB_EX/SWD/006/26)

Job Summary:
Responsible for leading branch growth and excellence by driving customer acquisition, sales performance, and market expansion. Ensures effective resource mobilization and implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with the Bank’s business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum of 7 years relevant banking experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
• Experience in modern service delivery practices in medium to large banks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Core Banking Systems.
• Project management, customer insight, and market intelligence skills.
• Leadership qualities: results‑driven, coaching, partnership engagement, service excellence, risk management, digital savviness, emotional intelligence, decisiveness.
• Behavioral strengths: collaboration, adaptability, integrity, diversity awareness, and customer empathy.

Job Summary:
Similar responsibilities as above, focusing on branch‑level growth, customer acquisition, and operational excellence at Shey Bench Branch.
