Position 1: Senior Digital Payment Devices Administrator

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Job Summary: Responsible for administration, monitoring, maintenance, and operational support of ATMs, POS terminals, and other electronic payment channels. Ensures availability, reliability, security, and optimal performance of devices. Manages incident response, vendor coordination, system enhancements, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Functional Competencies: Incident/problem management, hardware/peripheral support, system recovery expertise.

Position 2: Senior Payment Card System Administrator

• Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Job Summary: Provides system support for in‑house digital solutions related to payment cards. Interprets business needs and delivers solutions. Responsible for monitoring card systems (Base24‑eps, CMM, PRM, Perso Systems, Acquirer, Interchange, Issuer), executing end‑of‑day operations, configuring terminals, and supporting end‑users.
• Functional Competencies: System monitoring, end‑of‑day operations, system support and maintenance.
