Position: Sales Person

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Sales experience required
• Real estate sales experience is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients using various sales techniques
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable property solutions
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate property information
• Collaborate with the sales team and manager to develop sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions (CRM)
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities
