We are now inviting qualified applicants to apply for the following senior positions:

Position 1: Country Manager Ethiopia

Education & Experience:

• University degree with relevant commercial/business qualifications
• Significant senior or general management experience in logistics, express, aviation, or similar service industries
• Broad understanding of functional business aspects and proven experience managing Profit & Loss entities
• Strong business acumen and awareness of external economic environments
• Exceptional leadership and motivational skills aligned with DHL’s values
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

📍 Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Ethiopia

Education:

• Post‑graduate qualification in Financial Management
• Honours Degree
• Professional accountancy qualification

Knowledge:

• Excellent knowledge of IFRS, corporate tax, compliance, and customs regulatory environment

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years in financial management within international service environments
• At least 5 years in global express and/or freight forwarding business
• Strong operational process knowledge with strategic perspective
