Requirements
- Education: Matric
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in the forwarding/clearing industry
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good telephone communication skills and ability to handle client complaints
- Ability to build effective, long-term client relationships
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and use initiative
- High attention to detail

2. OFR Team Leader
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Logistics or equivalent
- Experience: 5 years of relevant industry experience
- In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding
- Sound knowledge of ocean freight and customs
- Experience with CargoWise
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Business process and project management skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
