Dodai Manufacturing PLC, launched in August 2023 in Addis Ababa, is a fast‑growing organization with a mission to make e‑mobility accessible across Africa through innovative products and services.

Dodai partners with Yazawa Spare Parts, Ethiopia’s first dedicated spare parts shop for electric mobility vehicles (EMVs), established in March 2024. Together, they support Ethiopia’s emerging EV ecosystem and ensure a seamless ownership experience for customers.

Open Positions

1. Junior Battery Swapper

• Education: Degree (2025 graduates only) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields
• Experience: Familiarity with mobile apps (delivery/ride‑hailing); EV/battery knowledge is a plus
• Requirements: Must own Android smartphone; physically able to lift up to 32 kg; willingness to work shifts (6:00 AM–10:00 PM)

2. Junior Battery Charging Technician

• Education: TVET/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields
