Position: INGO Group Programme Support Officer
Role Purpose
The Programme Support Officer will oversee administrative, logistics, finance, IT, and communications functions at the INGO Group Secretariat Office in Addis Ababa, ensuring efficient operations and effective support to thematic initiatives and working groups.
Key Responsibilities

Facilities & Office Management: Ensure safe, functional office infrastructure, oversee maintenance, coordinate leases, and manage administration staff.

Administrative Support: Organize meetings for INGO Group Country Directors & Steering Committee, manage calendars, draft minutes, and support HR, Duty of Care, Engagement & Comms, and Humanitarian Leads working groups.

Logistics & Finance: Act as focal point for procurement, payments, and supply chain; organize workshops/events; liaise with hotels, suppliers, and fleet management.

IT & Database Management: Maintain mailing lists, stakeholder databases, and ensure smooth IT support in coordination with DRC IT teams.

Communications: Lead internal/external communications, newsletters, press releases, visibility materials, and donor engagement reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration/programme support in an international NGO.
- Knowledge of travel and immigration procedures.
- Experience in database management and event organization.
- University degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, HR, or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency and fluency in local language.
