Available Positions
1. Grants Management Officer – Addis Ababa

Responsibilities:
- Identify funding opportunities and support proposal development.
- Ensure donor compliance in project implementation and reporting.
- Maintain DRC’s grant management system and documentation.
- Draft MOUs/LoUs and liaise with donors and stakeholders.
- Support project kick‑off, close‑out, and partner compliance monitoring.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of INGO experience, including grants management.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Experience with donor contracts (ECHO, DANIDA, SIDA, GFFO).
- Fluent English; knowledge of local languages an asset.

Contract Details: 8 months, starting May 1, 2026.
2. Non‑Technical Survey (NTS) Operator – Shire Field Office

Responsibilities:
- Conduct community‑level surveys to assess explosive ordnance impact.
- Collect and analyse geographic and socio‑economic data.
- Support liaison with local authorities and community representatives.
- Ensure timely reporting using standard templates.
- Document success stories and lessons learned for donor reports.

Qualifications:
- Vocational school or higher education; NTS qualification required.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant field experience.
- Knowledge of topography, map drawing, GPS, and compass use.
- Effective communication in Tigrinya and English.
- Experience working in remote and volatile areas.

Contract Details: 4 months, starting May 15, 2026.
