Job Summary

The Call Center Operator will assist drivers and riders by responding to inquiries, providing service information, handling customer complaints, and supporting the daily operations of the ride service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls from drivers and riders and provide appropriate assistance.
• Give customers clear and accurate information about available services.
• Receive and address complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Keep accurate records of calls and follow established company procedures.
• Provide customer support that contributes to the smooth operation of the ride service.

Qualifications and Requirements
