1. Branch Manager Grade C

Job Summary:
- Responsible for overall branch performance and customer service excellence
- Ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures
- Engage in operational activities and prepare periodic performance reports

Qualifications:
- MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields with 6.5 years of experience
- OR BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in banking
- Minimum 2 years as Customer Services Manager Grade B OR 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A

2. Junior Customer Service Officer
Location: Assella

Job Summary:
- Handle cash transactions and payment instruments
- Verify and validate DRS transfers (incoming/outgoing)
- Exchange cash denominations and post transactions
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:
- BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00

No prior experience required (Fresh graduates encouraged)
- Age ≤ 30
- Exit Exam required (Mandatory)
