Position: Business Analysis Officer
Job Summary
The Business Analysis Officer supports business users in formulating system or process changes within banking operations. The role involves close collaboration with end users, IT services, project teams, and external suppliers to ensure effective solutions are deployed. The officer will provide support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer‑focused outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Professional ICT qualifications in Microsoft systems and ERP systems are an advantage
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience
- At least 4 years in service delivery management
- Experience as a Business Analyst (or equivalent) in a banking environment
- Familiarity with ERP, E‑Commerce, digital, and web service solutions
- Knowledge of database management, data analysis, and business reporting
- Awareness of open‑source and cloud technologies
- Experience managing IT suppliers and contracts
