1. Senior Customer Service Specialist

Educational Qualification

Applicants must hold a BA Degree in one of the following fields:

• Accounting and Finance
• Banking and Finance
• Management
• Business Management
• Economics
• Marketing Management
• Or a related field

Work Experience

• Minimum 1.5 years of banking operations experience.
• At least 6 months of experience in a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) position.

Salary and Benefits

Salary and benefits will be provided in accordance with Enat Bank's salary scale.

• Gambella

2. Branch Manager Grade C

Educational Qualification and Experience

Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:

Master's Degree (MA/MBA) in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field with:

• 6.5 years of banking experience for male candidates, or
• 5.5 years of banking experience for female candidates.

OR

Bachelor's Degree (BA) in the same fields with:

• 8.5 years of banking experience for male candidates, or
• 7.5 years of banking experience for female candidates.

In addition, applicants must have:

• 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Manager Grade B, or
• 3 years as a Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A.
