Recognizing the growing demand for general insurance, the company expanded its portfolio to include non‑life products. Today, Ethio‑Life continues to play a vital role in Ethiopia’s insurance industry, offering both life and general insurance services.

We are now inviting qualified applicants to apply for the following positions:

Position 1: Accountant

Qualification: BA in Accounting & Finance, Accounting, or related fields from a recognized institution
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a business organization
📍 Place of Work: Addis Ababa
💰 Salary & Benefits: As per company scale

Position 2: Senior Claim Officer

Qualification: BA/BSc in Management, Accounting & Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 4 years in middle or officer‑level claims roles
📍 Place of Work: Addis Ababa
💰 Salary & Benefits: As per company scale

Position 3: Share & Investment Division Manager

Qualification: BA/MA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Investment & Securities Management, or related fields
Experience:

• BA: Minimum 8 years (including 4 years in senior/principal roles)
• MA: Minimum 6 years (including 3 years in senior/principal roles)

Additional Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of claims policies and procedures
• Strong dedication and teamwork capacity
• Understanding of share & investment management in insurance
• Knowledge of finance policies, procedures, and government regulations
• Diploma in insurance is an advantage
