Position: Jr. Quality & Safety Assurance Officer
Qualification Requirements
- BA/BSc in Food Science, Food Technology, Biology, Microbiology, Public Health, Environmental Health, Nutrition, Industrial/Process Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or Occupational Safety, Health & Environment.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality & safety assurance roles (preferably in airline catering, food production, manufacturing, or industrial services).
- Familiarity with international food safety standards and audits (IOSA, OSHA, ISAGO, Codex, ISO, GMP) is advantageous.
- Airline driving license applicable for employees assigned to safety assurance tasks.
Language Requirement
- Knowledge of Ethiopian Airlines working language English is mandatory.
- Other foreign languages are desirable.
Age Limit
- 18 – 35 years old (inclusive).

- Ethiopian Airlines Headquarters, Addis Ababa.
