Available Positions
1. Planning & Scheduling Expert
Education & Experience:
- BSc in Civil Engineering + 9 years experience
OR
- MSc in Project/Construction Management + 7 years experience
Key Duties:
- Create and update the Master Schedule
- Analyze Critical Path (CP) and near‑CP activities
- Integrate EPC contractor schedules and report delays/mitigation
2. Geotechnical Engineer
Education & Experience:
- BSc in Geotechnical Engineering or Civil Engineering (Geotech specialization)
- 8 years experience, including 2 years in foundation design & soil mechanics
Key Duties:
- Review geotechnical reports, foundation designs, and earthworks specs
- Oversee soil stability, borrow pit suitability, and compaction testing
- Manage geotechnical sub‑consultants
3. Lawyer
Education & Experience:
- LL.B + 5 years experience in construction or corporate law
Key Duties:
- Support contract review and dispute documentation
- Assist with regulatory compliance filings
4. Document Controller – Supporting Facilities & Ancillary Buildings
Education & Experience:
- BA in Information Management/Business Administration/Engineering + 5 years experience
OR
- Diploma + 7 years experience
- Strong E‑DMS proficiency
Key Duties:
- Manage document receipt, indexing, filing & distribution
- Enforce version control and PMO documentation procedures
5. Cost Controller
Education & Experience:
- MSc in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering + 9 years experience
- Strong FIDIC pricing/costing background
Key Duties:
- Maintain PMO cost model
- Produce monthly cost reports & cash flow projections
6. Cash Flow Specialist
Education & Experience:
- BA in Finance/Accounting + 9 years experience in project cash flow management
Key Duties:
- Manage cash flow forecasting, tracking & reporting
7. Document Controller – Early Works & Offsite Links

8. Hydrologist
Education & Experience:
- BSc in Civil Engineering/Water Resources Engineering/Hydrology + 5 years experience
Key Duties:
- Review hydrological studies, watershed analysis & floodplain mapping
- Oversee stormwater drainage system design
9. Media Monitoring & Feedback Officer
Education & Experience:
- BA in Journalism/PR + 5 years experience
Key Duties:
- Monitor media coverage & public sentiment
- Prepare perception analysis reports
10. IT Expert
Education & Experience:
- BSc in Computer Science/IT/Computer Engineering + 5 years experience
Key Duties:
- Manage deployment & support of project software (Primavera, AutoCAD, ETABS)
- Maintain LAN, security protocols & backups
11. Disbursement Expert
Education & Experience:
- BA in Finance/Accounting + 9 years experience in project finance

- Manage contractor/vendor disbursements
- Ensure compliance with financial policies & lender requirements
12. Communication Officer
Education & Experience:
- BA in PR/Communication + 5 years experience
Key Duties:
- Support PR campaigns & communication materials
- Manage media relations
13. Document Controller – Main Buildings, GTC & ATC

14. Senior Surveyor
Education & Experience:
- BSc in Surveying/Geomatics/Civil Engineering + 9 years experience
- 2 years as Senior Surveyor on large civil/airport projects
Key Duties:
- Establish geodetic control network
- Oversee setting‑out, as‑built surveys & cut/fill verification
15. Lenders & Investors Liaison Coordinator
Education & Experience:
- BSc/MSc in Finance, Economics, Business Administration
- 8 years experience, including 2 years in project finance (ECA, DFI, MDB)
Key Duties:
- Manage communication with financial stakeholders
- Track loan covenants & disbursement requests
16. Manager – IT Services
Education & Experience:
- BSc/BA in IT/Business Administration + 13 years experience
- Expertise in enterprise E‑DMS (Aconex, ProjectWise)
17. Contract Administration Expert
Education & Experience:
- MSc/LLM in Engineering/Law/Quantity Surveying + 9 years experience
- Mandatory: FIDIC contracts + Ethiopian Civil Code/Procurement Law
Key Duties:
- Oversee FIDIC‑based contract administration, claims & EOTs
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
