With an authorized capital exceeding Birr 20 billion, ECWC plays a vital role in Ethiopia’s construction sector, delivering large‑scale infrastructure projects while ensuring workplace safety and employee wellbeing.

Position: Nurse Level I

Job Summary

The Nurse Level I will provide essential health services to employees, including first aid, medical support, and clinic management. This entry‑level role is open to fresh graduates with a nursing diploma or Level IV qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care requirements.
• Provide first aid treatment, dress wounds, give injections, and assist with sanitary instruction.
• Receive, store, and maintain medical supplies and clinic equipment.
• Keep records of medical supplies and report health issues.
• Monitor and administer medications.
• Take patient samples, pulses, temperatures, and blood pressures.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Provide emotional support to patients and relatives.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Nursing Diploma or Level IV qualification.
• Experience: 0 years (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Skills:
  • Basic clinical and patient care skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate medical records.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Trustworthy and detail‑oriented.
