Position 1: Quantity Surveyor (Tender & Estimation)
Role Purpose
Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material take‑offs, and tender documentation for building projects. Ensures competitive pricing, cost efficiency, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ, cost breakdowns, and tender submissions.
- Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for accurate quantities.
- Develop cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Verify subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Maintain updated cost databases and historical pricing records.
- Prepare tender reports, risk assessments, and cost summaries.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in QS roles within building construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market pricing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, BIM, or similar QS software.

Position 2: MEP Coordinator (Mechanical)
Role Purpose
Oversee and manage all mechanical systems in building construction projects, ensuring proper planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, drainage).
- Ensure integration of mechanical systems with electrical and civil works.
- Interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Monitor installation of mechanical systems on‑site.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Prepare reports on mechanical system status and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in mechanical coordination for building projects.
- Strong coordination, networking, and project management skills.
