💼 Available Positions

1. Human Rights Officer – Women’s Rights

Location: Asossa City Office Salary: 27,129 – 31,405 Birr/month Allowances: House Allowance – 12,100 Birr; Transport Allowance – 4,000 Birr

Qualifications & Experience:

• LLM/MA/LLB in Law, Human Rights Law, International Law
• 4 years relevant experience for LLB; 2 years for LLM/MA
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of Amharic required; other local languages advantageous

Purpose of the Job:

• Conduct day‑to‑day monitoring activities related to human rights
• Promote and protect women’s rights across different sectors and levels

2. Translator & Press Officer

Location: Head Office Salary: 27,129 – 31,405 Birr/month Allowances: House Allowance – 12,100 Birr; Transport Allowance – 4,000 Birr

Qualifications & Experience:

• MA/BA in Language Studies, Journalism, Communication, Public Relations, International Studies, Political Science, or related fields
• 4 years relevant experience for BA; 2 years for MA
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of Amharic and local languages required
• Specialization: Afarigna (1 position), Arabic (1 position)
