Position: Portfolio Analyst
The Portfolio Analyst will support architectural, urban planning, and asset management projects, contributing to Ethiopia’s development initiatives through data‑driven analysis and design expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct architectural, urban, and spatial site analysis.
- Support land asset documentation, infrastructure mapping, and development analytics.
- Prepare technical reports and present spatial data effectively.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and organizational requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: BSc Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.

Experience: 1–3 years in architecture, urban planning, land management, GIS systems, or related fields.

Technical Competencies:
- Strong architectural and urban design skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with land asset documentation and development projects.
- Knowledge of ArcGIS Pro and Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and present technical and spatial data.
