Available Positions

1. Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation (PME) Coordinator – Sede Muja & East Belesa

  • Responsibilities: Coordinate DFSA‑TRAIN project planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting; ensure proper application of FH’s M&E system; build staff and partner capacity; document lessons learned; liaise with government and NGOs.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Rural Development, Agriculture, Economics, or related fields; minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably with INGOs.

2. Digital Data & Device Management Facilitator – Bahir Dar

  • Responsibilities: Manage RFSA‑PReSERVE project data systems; oversee digital data entry and cleaning; maintain device inventory and security; train staff on digital tools (ODK, CommCare, Google Sheets, Excel).
  • Qualifications: BSc in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related fields; minimum 2 years of experience in digital data collection, database management, or device management; familiarity with Kobo, CommCare, Power BI, GIS.

3. Senior Finance Officer – Bahir Dar

  • Responsibilities: Ensure effective financial management at regional and Area Program offices; oversee cash management, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls; support staff development and capacity building.
  • Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields; minimum 4 years in a senior finance role, preferably with INGOs; strong expertise in compliance and internal control.

4. Purchaser – Bahir Dar

  • Responsibilities: Compile purchase requests; verify specifications and quantities; identify and select vendors; collect quotations and negotiate prices; prepare offer analysis and purchase orders; facilitate payments and approvals; ensure timely delivery of materials to stores; maintain financial records and handle petty cash for small purchases.
  • Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field; minimum 2 years of experience for degree holders or 4 years for diploma holders, preferably in an INGO setting; strong computer skills; ability to multitask effectively.
