Educational Qualification

• BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience managing social media platforms such as Telegram, YouTube, Facebook, and similar channels.

2. Director, Customer Relationship Management Department

Educational Qualification

• MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc in Business Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

• 8 years of relevant banking experience for MA/MBA/MSc holders, or
• 10 years of relevant banking experience for BA/BSc holders.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience.
