NLMC is currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Receptionist (10 Positions)
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Health Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Reception Officer, Front Desk Officer, Customer Service Officer, or a similar role in a hospital, medical center, hotel, airline, or other premium customer service environment.
- Experience using Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), or appointment management systems is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

2. Hostess / Customer Service (5 Positions)
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Management, or a related social science field.
Work Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of front-line guest service experience in a five-star hotel, airline, or another premium hospitality environment.
- Demonstrated experience providing formal guest reception and communication in a luxury service setting.
Required Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Warm, compassionate, and patient-centered approach.
- Strong judgment and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- High standards of hospitality etiquette and customer service.
- Cultural sensitivity, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
